one of the smallest town in New Jersey only 49 blocks called -Union
City- (24th Central).At the age of 3 Famine's father pasted away, and grew up with his sister &
mother. His brother Joel aka (Truji) was taken away from his family at the age of 5. So life for Famine wasn't always that easy.
Famine grew up listening to Wu-tang clan, Mobb deep. In 1997 at the age of 14 Famine was writing lyrics. Once he turned 15 in 1998 Famine recorded his first song in a studio in new brunswick which now ppl in the hood call it EXIT 9. Famine's older brother Joel aka Truji had a group called "Caribbean
Assassin" which they had a crazy buzz all over New Brunswick. In that
same year Famine met Gabriel the arch angel which him And his brother
Divine had a group well Known in Union City, West New York, North Bergen and other areas in NJ called "Angelic Army". Gabriel came to Famine and asked him "I'm building a new group called 4seals aka 4horsemen" And I wanna Know if You wanna be down"? Famine reply well he was pt a group With brother, but wouldn't mind building a movement over here in Union City. 1 day a Caribbean Assassin member by the name of Precyze was messing With a program called "Fruity Loops" And Famine was sitting next to him And saw what he was doing. Famine asked him "Let me handle that real quick" after two dayz Famine being in the studio made over 10beatz and put it on a tape came back to union city And show it to Gabriel was so impress that asked him would You like to be our producer better? Famine replied lets make it happen! In 1999 at the age of 16 Famine and Truji’s close friend
"Precyze" past away that made Famine’s mind change wanting to make
things happen in 2monthz. Famine was making beats that ppl in the
Industry were making. Famine was making a crazy buzz just by making
beatz. At the age of 17, Famine had a recording setup studio in his room
probably 1 of the first youngest kid to do that in Hudson County. In the
year 2000 Famine drop his first mixtape called "Behind da boardz" which
he sold over 80 mixtapes in 1week for a kid that's 17 that sold 80cds at
$10 and made $800 dollars that was successful....After that he had so many
artist working with him these are there names.(Double O, Ne-Child, O.E.,
Divine, Blessed 1, Gabriel, Lyrical Ruckus, Quest, War, John Law, John
Doe, Death, V.ex, D-Boy, Prophecy, Red hot, Smoothfellas, A-Waterz,
El-d, R-double, Caribbean Assassin,Salida Ciega, Masta Mentor, Bloodshedd, peaches,
killamindblades, high puitsuit, mello million, gotti, jus allah, oddateee, Tachi,)At the age of 19 Famine had so many ppl on his shoulder it was crazy &
With 10 mixtapes under his belt. In 2003 Famine saw a old school friend
named chris to ya his name is Shorti they started building a team 2getha
called Nu-Chapta they found a new member after that named Redline.
After that they came out With over 3 albums worth of material but it was never pushed out in the streets cuz the group was having issues. 1day shorti
told Famine "Yo Famine You a crazy producer try doing reggaeton I think
that's the next thing poppin" shorti which back in the dayz
he went by the name of Pre-di shogunz recorded 3 tracks And it was
amazing how ppl react to it. When shorti hit the studio for there 4th
track shorti said "Famine wait I got my brother that can sing like r&b
type I wanna do this track With him" they record it And that was it
short's brother by the name of Rubio was feeling the muzik, the vibe And
they want it to combine a group so I said lets do it I got a dj from
downtown called Plat1num ya 2getha And I as the producer. Famine thought
about a name and told Rubio and Shorti we can call it (R-n-S) they
said hell yea......mean while recording there 1st mixtape there oldest
brother came around by the named of Nesio And wanted to manage the group he pushed around the 1st couple of trackz. Now Famine got more artist that he worked With like (Chey, 3men2, Domick y Franky, Temperamento, Wille Sante, Patota, Nitro y Fanta, Oriel, Gold Dee Commando 13, fame, Dezmen, D. Most, Al, Mosa, Junito,) And now in 2007 Famine at the age of 24 has put out 20 mixtapes & he is in a position like Dr. Dre holding aftermath in the Hudson County......Famine will be releasing a Film & a Soundtrack Early 2008
