Ten Carp Lie was formed in 2002 by four guys who had known each other since high school, but had always played in other bands. They combined their efforts, and consequently Ten Carp Lie was formed. Ten Carp Lie's Pop/Rock grooves had an original sound that separated them from many of the other Charleston/Huntington bands. Unfortunately in January 2007, Ten Carp Lie came to an end. Ten Carp Lie wants to thank all of their fans, friends, and family for their support over the last 5 years. They will continue to support the local music scene, so keep an eye out for them in the local Charleston/Huntington music venues.
