About Me

I am a mother first and then a student, Psyc Major, Crim Justice Minor....... trust Me I keep busy, often too busy to stop and smell the roses. I enjoy people, like to know what makes them tick Tuesday night's and Saturday day I bartend at Mainstreet Wings in P-ville. We really do have the best food around. Wings are awesome but the menu is huge. When not at school, doing homework or working at Wings, my time is spent with my son. As I said up top my son is my world, five years old and in kindergarden and is full of energy and curiousity.
I am single and happy. I have a great life and not in a place where I could date even if I wanted to. Even now with not school and all I have to be here to take care of Michael I live at my parents house but they are not his daycare for me to party. Those are my rules, not theirs. I'm just not ready for a relationship,my life is not in order, I'm not finished school and have too much on my plate. A relationship is two people giving and taking, until I can be an equal partner I won't be in one. It's not fair to the guy or to me. When the time comes I believe there is love and I hope I will be able to find it, I won't settle for any less than the best. For now I am very happy being single, being a mom, a student and living for God..
I tell the hard truth (don't ask unless you want to REAL answer) and expect the same...
Yes, I love GOD, Jesus too. I believe in the bible and try to live what it says. I fail often but get up and try again, God is about grace and forgiveness and I have to say thank God because without Him I would be lost. I don't preach I don't push I do believe with all my heart and always have.
Finally where I am going in life. Hopefully sooner then later I will be a kick ass Parole officer working with sexual and violent offenders. I believe this is where I belong and I am fasinated by the oddest things now.

My Interests

God, Family, Friends, and school (in order of importance). I love God and try to let Him lead in all aspects of my life. My son is my life and I find myself interested in superheroes and matchbox cars as he grows. I wish I had more time for the friends who make me laugh and keep me sane. School, yep I enjoy school..... most days.... I am Phi Theta Kappa president (aka leader of Nerds-R-Us) and get excited about anything that deals with the criminal justice field.

I'd like to meet:

Fun, interesting people who know what they want, are happy with their selves, know how to have a good time. People to make me smile and laugh or add interest to my day. Actually it doesn't really matter I'd like to meet just about anyone. If you're a Ten Carp Lie fan,I really want to meet you!!!! (Males and females who are looking for purely platonic relationships)

I'm a country girl at heart.

Movies:

The classic Princess Bride. Everyone should know all the lines of that movie by heart.

Television:

Hate to say it but I am a Law and Order junkie.. Special Crimes and the Original and Criminal Intent... it's good I only have the very basic 5 channels because I would watch Law and Order all the time. I also like HOUSE, love the sarcastic/sadistic humor.

Heroes:

My dad. He has taught me to be my own person, love truth and expect people to treat me fairly. He is a good person, his love for my mother and his dedication as a husband is unmatched and he treats each of his girls as individuals. I will be more than proud to be half the person he is.
