Hello, I'm Kristen...I am a single mother of 4 children and currently working for the County of Fresno. I am plenty busy, but am open to new friendships. I love to cook, my specialty is Thai Green Curry with Chicken & Snow peas served on a bed of Jasmine Rice and a Cilantro Salad on the side. Yum! I love coffee at Starbucks (Iced Vente SF-Hazelnut Latte), action movies, and garage sales. I am a bargain shopper with good taste and good eye for catching great deals. I am honest, fun and silly. I laugh at physical humor. I watched Home Alone I; and laughed my you know what off. Can't help it, sometimes; Laughter is good for you.I love music mostly spiritual worship, contemporary and blues. I sing with my mom blues style music and mostly christian songs she's written she is one of my best friends I appreciate her greatly. She and I are delving into ministry together, we are going OUTSIDE THE GATE to meet with those unchurched; Jesus is the Gate, we are going where Jesus did and sup with the people of the world and shedding Light into the darkness. Light shines brighter in the darkness and just like Jesus we want to share His Love and begin to teach those who are lost and hurting in the world, begin to restore them and help them to become REDEFINED in Christ Jesus and show them the way to THE GATE; We are to Gather at the Entrance acronym for(GATE)and open up the door to allowing God's work to be accomplished. There are a lot of people who need acceptance where sometimes the churches have closed the door to. Homeless Awareness is one of the things my mom and I approached in LA, my mom wrote 12 Homeless Blues songs and we sang them at Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica; we were able to talk of the situations some have faced out on the streets, I can't tell you the numerous amount of people that were just a paycheck away from making it but once on the streets it's extremely difficult to get out of it, some people were so hard shelled from all the hurt they've endured through the years; It's sad when even family turned there backs. This is just A few lyrics from one of my mom's songs entitled Forgotten People...Forgotten people, on the outside looking in, looking over their shoulder for a new day to begin. I wished that they had known them like they were before, sharing their best of times now remembered no more... That was just the chorus of the song. I have met several homeless people who just want to be accepted as a person of worth. It breaks my heart how many are out there every night with no place to call their own, I ask that those of you who took the time to read this please take another moment to pray for those less fortunate. God is working miracles, and sometimes it's just a prayer away from happening. God Bless you and remember Light Shines Brighter in the Darkness, SHINE well!!! Jesus Christ, everyone else is Gravy!

Alias WAS my favorite, I watch this & that, kind of over reality crap. I do like Greys Anatomy & earlier episodes of Boston Legal but they are getting too racy for me. My family & I enjoy the new Game show Bingo...We print out the cards and watch and play along. It's been fun. I actually won! I'm waiting to find out what happens next.
