About Me

I'm a producer and engineer. I produce rock records of all types. Experimental, leftfield, pop, etc, all with varying degrees of rock. I constantly worry and think about my work. I cannot sleep unless my work is complete and acceptable.
My new personal project is called SNOWFLAKE, and I am working on it currently. I also have a rock project called Longshoremen, and I'm a revolving member of Camphor, Sol Seppy, Sleep Station and New London Fire.
I like to push envelopes when I produce records. I like bringing the worlds of electronic music and rock music together. My favorite part of making records is pushing a sound to its limit, and pushing the artist to their creative limit. I prefer working with those people who take chances......... It’s a different lifeblood than live performance. It’s a different world. They both share a common trait, though, which is translation. Live performance is a translation of the ideal performance, and recording is a translation of an ideal concept.
I enjoy motorcycles and muscle cars......old school style. British choppers, American muscle cars, russian valve microphones and recording equipment make up my addictions. My several vices. I love golf, and try to play two to three times a week. I'm a 10 handicap. I love old links style Scottish courses, where the land remains the land, and the environment is not worsened. I love the blue collar roots of the game, and not the waspy white version of the game that exists here.
I have a beautiful wife of 3 yrs. going on 11. We have two Dobermans, Lubov and Fidel, and yes, our snake Vladimir. I am a student and supporter of Communist world order. The brave and inherently human words of Marx, Engels, Castro and Ho Chi Minh will hopefully one day enlighten even the staunchest and greediest of the Capitalists. Read Das Kapital and you'll understand. I am a practical man, and with such a fault, it is hard not to be humbled by your own mistakes. MyGen Profile Generator
