I'm an artist with a background in painting and design, but these days I'm interested mainly in video art and technological art. I'm working on several video projects which I hope to share with you soon.
I call Los Angeles home but I've lived all over the place - Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong, Tel Aviv, Istanbul, Athens, Helsinki, Hamburg, Milan... I am fluent in French and understand Spanish and Italian (although I'm a little rusty there).
Mainly, I'm attracted to big crazy cities (the crazier the better) and all things weird, artificial and urban.
I joined My Space because I'd like to make friends and network with other artists and creative people, and see what they're up to. I'm interested in people who have weird/interesting lives, hobbies or jobs - especially if it's in a creative field.
Favorite things:
Ghost hunting, old buildings, surveillance cameras, photography, other people's tattoos and piercings (I don't have any myself), blue/red/orange/green/purple hair and wigs, diners, video art, installation art, performance art, anime, graffiti, burlesque, green army men, 99 Cents Only Store, cats, chocolate, Maneki Neko (Lucky Cats), croissants, Lee Bontecou, Bill Viola, red wine, driving through the Hollywood Hills, Venice (California), breakfast, dancing, sushi, coffee, praying mantissssesss, spa day, robots, martinis, Tokyo, Vegas, grungy downtown L.A., godzilla, industrial spaces
Least favorite things:
Water (body of), shopping, waxing, boats, rock-climbing, my ex, swimming, sports or car talk, sharks, Celine Dion, my ex's best friend, Frenchmen, small talk, seaweed (except for Nori sheets), wool pants, being made to walk in socks when I'm dressed fancy, Dr. Phil, fruity lip gloss, board games, Chinese gelatin candy, God talk (prefer Goddess talk), Paris Hilton, roaches, yappy dogs, 4 Vodka sodas on an empty stomach
