The Gallery at Harriet’s Alter Ego opened in the spring of 2006. Located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, the gallery focuses on showcasing the work of emerging artists and has become an important resource and support vehicle for Brooklyn artists.

"Lucky Shots" is a culmination of more than a decade of Mike Schreiber's diverse work as a photographer. The show includes a wide range of subject matter from his widely recognized “dog photos†series to his uniquely stylistic portraits of hip-hop artists including Mos Def, Common, Nas, and M.I.A. to name a few.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Mike Schreiber is a self-taught New York Photographer with a degree in anthropology from the University of Connecticut. His work has been featured in TRACE, New York Magazine, VIBE, People en Espanol, XXL, SLAM and SPIN. Schreiber has also shot ads for Mountain Dew, AND-1, City Year and Partnership For A Drug-free America. Other clients include Atlantic Records, Epic Records, Sony, Universal Records and Koch records
