It all started in the mid 80's, the love for music was indulged upon Danny Nytefix. Living In Munich, Germany, Nytefix was first noticed as a local B-Boy in a Breaking crew at only the age of 10. Influenced by some of the pioneers of hip hop, his love for this culture grew immensely. Dedication to the art and passion for the technique of B-Boyism crossed boundaries unexpected for him. As a military brat moving him back to North Carolina, he was introduced to an east coast family of artists known as, Products of The Wasteland. He was greeted with open arms and then began to perform as openers for hip hop concerts throughout the state. Sharing the stage along side artists like Kid n Play, Salt n Peppa, Domino, Wu- Tang, Special ED , and Super Cat to name a few. Moving through the years and college times, his crew was spilt apart. It wasnt until 1997, when Nytefix moved to Seattle, Wa, where he got his first taste of the electronic music scene. The love he felt was a love he thought only hip hop could bring him. A passion for the music and the culture has now inspired Nytephyx to promote parties and take his first needle on put it on a record. After feeling the comfort and high got from behind the decks he knew this is a culture he would never leave, while retaining his hip hop roots. Finding himself influenced by the progressive sounds from Digweed, Nick Muir, Seb Fontaine, Darren Emerson, and Nick Warren, Nytefix began to learn the art of a DJ. While advancing quickly through the reigns of DJ's, Nytefix moved to Colorado in 2001. Here he found himself surrounded with talents that are now some of the finest DJ's and Producers the industry can find. Working along the side of reknown artists from Sentient Audio Collective, he finds himself pushed to a higher level. This only gave him an opportunity to learn more and become one of the best kept secrets to the tables. After years of dedication and underground parties attended, Nytefix has evolved into a more mature sound now, one that once embarked upon you, your sure to dance, until his last track spins from your thoughts. You can find him every WED-SAT Throught Downtown Colorado Springs, CO. holding residency at CLUB VUE, SODO, SouthSide Johnny's, and Blondies.
