Influences: In NO particular order! Paramore, P!nk, Beth Hart, Missy Higgins, Incubus, Linda Perry, Butch Walker, Steven Tyler, Skin, Alexisonfire, Lisa Loeb, Regina Spektor, Tommy Rando, Alanis Morissette, Michelle Branch, John Mayer, Imogen Heap, Alicia Keys, LostProphets, Foo Fighters, Avril Lavigne, India Arie, Katy Rose, Kate Nash, Natalie Imbruglia, Jewel, KT Tunstall, Dixie Chicks, Joan Jett, Tracey Chapman, Carole King, GooGoo Dolls, Orson, Green Day, Kelly Clarkson, Panic at the Disco, James Morisson...and the classics i grew up with of course, Gloria Estefan, Aretha Franklin, Madonna, Queen & Eric Clapton....I have always ALWAYS valued 'entertainers' and thefore my role models have not always been obviously related to what I do; Bette Midler and Robin Williams have and always will be right up there among the 'stars' that have graced our screens and lives...personally, my mum, my dad, my brother, my 'rock' of a family, my beautiful girls, my cheeky boys, my musical family (anyone I've worked with that has seen me smile and be productive...you're damn right you're among them!)

....these influences are a mixture of those that inspire me lyrically, vocally, personally and through simply the way they perform live.

and of course, you guys! x
Sounds Like: ...me! a 24 year old learning about (what feels like) everything & anything as she grows! Although....I wouldn't have it any other way. My music & vocal influences however are diverse in a way that i love beautiful lyrics, chords that agree with my heart, mind & soul (depending on which way the wind is blowing and...the time of the month!), people that communicate a snap-shot moment with a song, a feeling with a word and performance with substance.I like freshness and passion through acoustic & pop/rock sounds that reflect truth, sentiment, strength, weakness and a little bit of humour; life.
