Legendary guitarist extraordinaire, vocalist and songwriter…Jeff was present at the earliest inception of the ‘new wave’ scene in NYC as a member of JAYNE COUNTY AND THE BACKSTREET BOYS (with MARKY RAMONE) and BUTCH (with TOMMY RAMONE and MONTE MELNICK).A founding member of TUFF DARTS!, he penned the classic anthem “All For The Love Of Rock ‘N’ Roll.â€Active in many studio sessions, he was featured on many projects such as SPARKS “Big Beat†album and ROBERT GORDON’S “All For the Love of Rock ‘n’ Roll†album, and is still making the scene. A punk pioneer who plays the blues brilliantly.A self proclaimed mega-fan of “The Godfather,†he claims to have read it no less than 731 times.Jeff has appeared on recordings alongside such luminaries as Robert Gordon, Rockin’ Rob Stoner (Bob Dylan), Bobby Chouinard (Billy Squier), Chris Spedding (Beatle Paul McCartney), Bob Clearmountain (The Pretenders, Rolling Stones), Eric Weisberg, Ralph Shucket (Utopia), Lew DelGatto (Saturday Night Live Band), Danny Gatton, Anton Fig, Gary Tallent (Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band), Michael Shrieve (Santana), Jon Paris, Tony Garnier (Bob Dylan), John Morelli (Cyndi Lauper), Sparks, Sal Maida (Roxy Music), Ian Hunter (Mott the Hoople), Kenny Ashby (Herbie Hancock, Rick Derringer) and Tommy Mandel (Tina Turner, Dire Straits, Bryan Adams).…and, of course, his fellow Tuff Darts!Jeff has recorded his first solo album at Laughing Buddha Studios in New York City with Michael Barry at the Board.
