Dirt Gorillia Entertainment was founded in 2004 by Renaldo Nehemiah, which is an Management and Marketing company that promotes to college campus and public around the world and also was builded on the love and respect that he has for music that ranges from Rap, R&B,and HipHop. Renaldo started as an intern at WPEG Power98 in Charlotte, North Carolina in the summer of 2002. At first he wanted to be an on-air host and after the long hours of interning which included duities from promotion, commerical and mixing music, Renaldo started networking through the company and Records Reps and musicains and realized that he had to love of being behind the music and watching things grow and becoming something.In the summer of 2002, Renaldo met Chris Sainsbury which at the time was a employee of BadBoy Entertainment that came to WPEG with Loon who was on the label at the time, Renaldo stayed in contact with Mr.Sainsbury which led to his first taste of the industry as being a rep for him in North Carolina. He build a name for hisself through the industry and by working for artist like Carl Thomas, Ludacris, Tweet, The Nappy Roots, and the list goes on. So from working with Mr.Sainsbury, Renaldo went on to work for Chris Washington at Atlantic Records as a college rep for his college Livingstone College, so after all the networking and rubbing shoulders and buildling realtionship with the who's who of the industry he decided to start his own company which is not a record label but a home for artist to have to call their own, which Dirt Gorillia Entertainment is a mangement and marketing company that handles the business part for the artist so they can focus on their art which is music, which now the company does work of marketing for Jive recording artist Raheem Devaughn and The Nappy Roots to name a few. but Dirt Gorillia Entertainment manages the New era of rap groups in the industry which is a group out of Charlotte, N.C. called BulletProof which is made up of a three member group of rappers and a producerand now also marketing for Jive recording artist Raheem Devaughn.
