J.B. is set to make waves across North America with the upcoming release of his first solo album. The album, due out in the fall of 2007, will include a lead off single/video " Fire in ya eyes" featuring platinum selling recording artist The Game.
The J.B album also includes features by Dipset recording artist JR Writer, Nicole Wray and others, as well as production by some of the top Canadian and U.S. producers including Tone Mason and 2 Rude.
2005 was a busy year for J.B He completed his first cross-Canada tour alongside The Game, recorded a promo spot for MuchVibe and was able to solidify his own record company: G.C.P Recording Corp. At the same, he co-founded Keep it Moven Entertainment ,and released his widely popular single Ey Yo which was the top Canadian song on urban radio for 12 weeks.
In 2006 JB completed his second nationwide tour with Dipset/Def Jam recording artist Juelz Santana, and released his follow up single. The follow-up single, Whatcha Need is currently blazing Canadian radio and the video is featured in numerous Canadian and U.S. mix-dvds. It is also being played on MuchMusic and MuchVibe in Canada .
This will be J.Bs first solo venture. He recorded and executive produced 2 previous albums as part of G.C.P., The most respected street crew in Canada.
