Now, on to other things...
Well...I've had a brain tumor that was removed when I was 28. I've been playing guitar since I was 11. I've built two guitars by hand, one 6-string electric and one 12-string acoustic. I have perfect pitch. I'm fairly well-traveled. I came within inches of death on four separate occasions (including the brain surgery). When I was 21, I dated a girl who committed suicide five months into our relationship, an episode that traumatized me for years. (Interesting aside about Stefany: she was an honest-to-God psychic. No lie! She had that ability and it often gave her grief.) But I'm still standing! They haven't beaten me yet.
So, you could say I've traveled a few rough paths and taken a few knocks! But don't feel sorry for me. I've proven very resilient, and I couldn't be happier! (Besides, I'd rather be admired for what I overcome than pitied for what is weighing me down.)
