Planet Earth, the greatest place to live so far.

About Me

The Early Evening is a band of brothers dedicated to creating an original soundscape for intelligent listeners of music. Each song is like a friendly stranger, you have to embrace and appreciate the beauty of their differences.
What people are saying about Nashville Resurrection, the new album from The Early Evening:
"On this recorded at home, acoustic album George and Dave Daeger offer jarring innocence to a jaded world. Reminding me of Brian Wilson's material on Beach Boys albums like Friends or Love You, there's a straightforwardness that sends me off balance in the best ways. While they have a strong musicality that's rooted in classic sounds and songcraft, this doesn't sound too much like anyone else.. and that's a treasure to find these days."
- Bill Lloyd: songwriter, performer, record-maker, father, producer and session player, internationally known in country music and "power pop" circles.
"In a world of compression, pretension and over-production...how wonderful to hear two honest, soulful voices...an american haiku."
- Marcus Hummon: artist, producer, songwriter(Dixie Chicks, Tim McGraw), father, and playwright.
