Hello, my name is Rich Frye. Thanks for stopping by my page. I was born and raised in Marin County, California and have lived here my whole life. After a lot of heavy partying when I was younger associated with many problems, I made the decision to stop at age 23. I have not had a drink of alcohol or drugs since. I have never used anabolic steroids of any kind. That being said, I do not judge anyone that does, because that is the history of the sport and have respect for the amount of skill and determination that it takes in high level bodybuiding. Using steroids is just not the route I want to take and proud of the results that I have obtained naturally through knowledge and hard work. I started working out at age 25. After one year I was introduced to bodybuilding. A few years later I received certification as a fitness trainer. International Sports and Sciences Association May 1995 (CFT-II) Nutrition and Fitness. I eventually made my way into competing in Natural Bodybuilding. I have a high appreciation for people in fitness and bodybuilding and also look at it as an art form. It takes extreme dedication to excel in this arena. I do not judge people for the way they look and prefer to connect with people that are down to earth and honest. I live in San Anselmo, California with my beautiful wife and 4 year old daughter. I presently work as a Merchandising Supervisor for a Chain of Supermarkets. I am also a Portait and Wedding Photographer with my wife who is my partner.
