Hey everyone my name is Ronald Coleman but everyone knows me as Ronnie Coleman I was born May, 1964 in Monroe, Louisiana. I’m an Eight-time Mr. Olympia in bodybuilding I have won every contest from 1998 to 2004. My weight is (Contest Weight) 280 lbs. (Off-Season Weight) is 315 lbs. I'm 5"11 people always ask me why? Why did you choose bodybuilding well... why not its something I love to do and I can’t get enough of it, then they ask how? How do you get that big well I work my ass off in the gym and in life, I work hard for what I have. if you want to be a good bodybuilder you have to work hard eat right and also be one with god always do the right thing and you will be successful in bodybuilding and in life.And there is one man that will be in my heart for the rest of my life Rest In Peace Melvin L.
