I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

As a person, I am your classic Gemini whose 48 years of life's joys, pains and everything in between has managed to learn a few things.
As a professional fitness trainer, I feel this is what I was born to do. I've been training and motivating folks in the Thurston County area nearly twenty years performing tens of thousands of training hours and I never seem to get tired of it. Anyone with a deep passion for something can relate to what I'm saying. From the moment we step on the training floor, my clients know they are in the best of hands and soon have complete confidence in me and my training system.
My training approach can be summed up in one statement,"Hit it and quit it!" I'm a sociable guy with a great sense of humor but that's not why clients pay me. I keep it short, keep it productive, keep it safe, keep it fun, keep it consistent, motivate! motivate! motivate! and get great results...FAST! That is why clients pay me.
My dietary approach is simple, manage your diet...don't let your diet manage you! In order to manage any diet successfully two things must happen, you must enjoy what you’re eating and what you’re eating must be easily accessible. My strategy is to remove any and all reasons for a client not to follow their dietary plan and bank on their commitment to their own success.
My client approach is based on a set of needs. Clients need my knowledge, experience, coaching and motivating skills and I need their commitment to success. No force can stop the client who is truly committed to their success and no trainer, however skilled, can succeed with the client who truly is not. If you want to learn more about me and my services or to get helpful tips on training and nutrition go to www.donniesfitness.com or dial 360-556 2845. If you want to chew the fat on some of my other interests or yours or anything else, feel free to drop me a line.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

In general, anyone with a voice and an ear. In particular, folks looking to improve their health, fitness, athletic performance, get that fitness swagger back or raise their level of HOTNESS! Disclaimer: Donnie is not financially responsible for new wardrobes due to improved body image.
