World Wide... Representin' my nuts.

About Me

Intrepid, Kathmandu based cracka who knows what time it is. Collector and dealer of tribal art, specializing in things relating to shamanism across the Himalaya. I'm a better collector, my taste is impecable. I run an old school BMX web site (www.os-bmx.com), BMX = Bicycle Motocross - all bikes are good, but that's my niche. I don't eat animals... I love them. And I'll pass on dairy, and "soft drinks" and all that pollution as well. I like to put Ital, upfull fuel in the bio-vessel. I'm also fascinated by headhunting cultures, especially the Naga, and enjoy rubbing elbows with old head hunters. If you think that is an odd and irreconcilable combination of traits... think again, or rather - don't think so much. Just be still. It's all emptiness anyway and these are just waves we ride... and I'm in the tube... barely maintaining, whether it's dumb luck or destiny... somehow skirting that razor's edge between missing the wave completely or being pummled and dragged over the coral. ..

My friend and I made the "Buddha boy" video below in November of 2005, the kid's (he was 16 at the time) real name is Ram Bomjon, and for the record he has come out of his meditation on a couple of occasions and has told people he is not a Buddha, but rather just meditating. Of course, humility aside, the intensity and duration of his practice is remarkable to say the least. We made this short from our footage taken on our trips to the area where he meditates in Bara district. Bara is about a 7 hour drive south from Kathmandu. The video has been appropriated by others and is now spreading viral style. For instance I don't know any of the people who posted it on youtube. Pretty cool, really. Anyway, anticipating the question everyone asks... Yes, in my opinion, the meditation is 100% genuine. No funny business here. Recognize!
