Veteran producer group, JUS CUZ productions, est. in 1994, is a product of the dusty fingers era of hip hop. Founding members SALTYjackson & Big City Brown created the group after co-hosting & deejaying the legendary Toronto radio shows, SAMPLE TIME on CHRY 105.5 fm & CKLNs Souldiggers show 88.1 fm. It was on the Souldiggers show where Prince Woody ( funk drummer/ DJ) was introduced into the group. Equipped with some of the nicest selection of vinyl in the city & having a musical sensibility heavily influenced by funk, JUS CUZ has forged a sound that is not only a throw back of dirty old funk music, but is also, a reflection of the future of electronic music. "It all starts with that big ol backbeat. Any genre is the same, its that funk that really distinguishes the good from the bad." 2006 will see big things for JUS CUZ productions.
