About Me

FunFunInTheSun.FunFunI'mHavingFun,IDon'tCareWhatYouSay,I'mGo nnaHaveFunToday!

Well, since I shaved off my dreads, the resultant hair configuration is this Mohawk. Which is not necessarily a bad thing. ...Unless you're the type of person who likes to do their hair according to their mood. LOL.

My Interests

Interests Include:
Music, Fashion, Obsolete Missile Systems & other Blunt-Edge Technologies, Extreme Sports, Instant Coffee, Exotic Cars & several thousand other things.

The PORSCHE 928

I'm an OLD-SCHOOL Skater,
Watch & Find Out All About It...

I'd like to meet:

Is this Magical Lamp thingy on? There's no LED.

OK, Let's see, hmmm, what to start with...

The person who says, "So, how was your first day being signed to Warner Brothers?" The person who says, "So, how was your first day here as Chief Scientist at NASA Ames?". The person who says, "I will certainly miss this 175 foot schooner, please take good care of it.". The representative from Vladi Private Islands who wishes me luck with my 12 new islands in every corner of the globe. The representative from 20th Century Castles who congratulates me for purchasing 4 defunct Titan II missile complexes. The real estate agent who has the John Hayes Hammond Jr. castle & a Montclair Tudor mansion moved into a nice quiet forest by a lake for my permanent land-based, above-ground residence. The person who says to me "I've never driven down the length of the PCH in a Targa-topped Ferrari before.". The representative at Incredible Adventures that asks me how the view of the curvature of the Earth was from the edge of space, in the Mig-31. The person who calls to ask how the view from my apartment in Venice Beach is. The person who hands me the keys to my own supercomputing center with adjacent VR facility.

How many wishes do I get, again?

Music:

Charlie Parker once said, "There are only two types of music, GOOD & BAD.". I'm inclined to agree, however, here's a short list, for the hell of it...

Punk, goth, deathrock, shoegaze, bebop, industrial, new wave, electroclash, flamenco, surf, thrash, black metal, electronica, experimental, glam, psychedelic, ska, old school reggae, hard rock, traditional funk, quirky stuff, cartoon music, fugues, synthpop, old school R&R, garage rock, old-school hardcore, skatepunk, 8-bit computer music, surfpunk, post-punk, & just plain weird.

One day, I'll play them all at once backwards & see God.

My preferences are generally inclined toward the technical & the unique.

Murdering the Brady Bunch,
Deathrage, 1984. Unquestionably the most punk song ever recorded...

Don't Fear the Reaper,
Blue Oyster Cult, gotta love that solo!

Three Days,
Jane's Addiction at their peak:

Movies:

"Tron", "Wargames", "Heathers", "Better Off Dead", "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", "Valley Girl", "Fast Times at Ridgemont High", "Blue Crush", "From Beyond", "Suburbia", "Videodrome", "Atomic Cafe", "Blade Runner", "Falling Down", "Gift", &, of course, the pinnacle of film-making achievement, "Earth Girls are Easy".

Television:

Is the large object that I put flowers on. It is also one of my favorite bands.

Books:

Books are so 90s. Then again, so is my Apple Newton MessagePad 2100... What I don't have in the worn pages of my vast personal library, I just download from Project Gutenberg, right to my Newton. The world at my fingertips... MU-HA-HA!!!

Heroes:

Old school skaters and surfers, Warhol, Dali, and David Lee Roth. Hmmm... My cat "WYSIWYG Shnick-O-Tronic 3000", Jeff Spiccoli, Romy and Michele, Marvin Minsky, Jim Clark, Douglas Engelbart, Dwight Eisenhower, and Teddy Roosevelt.
