The National Haunted Attraction Tradeshow and Convention (HAuNTcon) is the first national tradeshow and convention for the Haunted Attraction and Halloween industries, created by Haunters for Haunters.

Included with the admission price is a massive education program to provide information needed by attendees to make them more successful so they can buy more products from the exhibitors. Large tradeshow floor filled the latest props and Haunting equipment, with cost effective booth space and drayage so vendors can afford to introduce new and creative products to the Haunting community! Networking socials designed to promote interaction between attendees and a Costume Ball so convention goers can once again celebrate Halloween rather than having to work it.

Back stage tours of area Haunted Attractions so that Haunt owners can experience famous attractions that they cannot get away to see in October, and each year HAuNTcon moves to a new city, for tours of new exciting Haunted Attractions.

The Pre-show Haunt tour for HAuNTcon 2008 will take attendees to New Orleans, LA to tour The House of Shock (THE most radical Haunt you will ever see - voted America's Most Extreme Halloween Attraction by The Travel Channel), The 13th Gate (One of the highest detailed Haunts you will ever see), The Mortuary (built in a haunted funeral parlor, in the middle of a cemetery, and also featured on America's Most Extreme Halloween Attractions on the Travel Channel).

To maximize this jam-packed excursion the tour will start in Baton Rouge, LA on Tuesday night, April 22, 2008 with a lights off and lights on tour of 13th Gate. Buses will then leave Wednesday morning and head to New Orleans for tours of The Mortuary and ending with lights off and lights on tours of The House of Shock that night. Attendees will stay the night within walking distance to Bourbon Street. Cemetery Tours and some other surprises will fill out Thursday before flying to Houston and arriving in time for the Thursday Night HAuNTcon Kick-Off Tour.

This is a once-in-a- lifetime opportunity to see some incredible Haunted Attractions in a very short time frame. Make your plans now to fly into Baton Rouge, LA on Tuesday evening, April 22, 2008 for this exciting tour!
