Dan Whitley

------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------ Dan Whitley (vocals, guitar, harp) is well traveled and rootless, having lived in Texas, Connecticut, Vermont, Mexico, New York City, and New Jersey. Dan is known for his guitar, vocals, and songwriting abilities with The Dan Whitley Band, as well as his powerful guitar work on older brother Chris Whitley’s many releases. He exudes a soulful style all his own. Dan is a passionate, high energy guitarist and singer/songwriter. He sings every word with a fierce intensity that complements his expressionistic vocals. And he coaxes beautiful, evocative tones from his guitar. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- Eddie “The Elf” Piotrowski (drums) has played professionally for over 20 years including gigs with Chuck Berry. Elf is a highly proficient, kinetic drummer with energy to spare. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- Zack Leffand (bass) has played and recorded with several Jersey bands including Elf’s psycho trip-rock band, “The Messengers.” He is also a well-respected guitar/bass teacher.
