About Me

You can read about me on my little geek site with more pics.. at BrainyBlonde.com otherwise here goes;I've been myspace nearly 5 years (scary) hence my many friends (I just can't say no to those friends requests even from perfect strangers- is there any other kind?) I was born in Chicago and then adopted and brought to the small (but cool famous modern architecture town) of Columbus Indiana where I was raised by my wonderful parents. Sought out my birth parents at age 20 and found them both (discovering books both had written at my university library) That same year my family's house was leveled to the ground in one of those nasty Mid West twisters. Our dog and cat died as well as some neighbors. I left tornado alley and went to Southern California.. Am writing a book about that chapter of my life which makes everything else in my life pale in comparison... Left the West Coast and moved to Florida in 04' just months before the hurricanes started and lost a home to them in 05' Had to move twice after that. Thanks A LOT Global Warming! I'm hoping the house I just bought lasts a bit longer. It's a retro 50's Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home and kicks ass. I'm also an avid vegetarian (mostly raw) environmentalist, singer songwriter/musician, philosopher, film buff, health nut, dancer, yoga/pilates addict, progressive/outside the box thinker, and soon to be surfer... though I hope I don't get eaten alive now that I just was informed I moved to "Shark bite capital of the world" I probably need to seek years of therapy but instead am rather balanced and happy (despite the fact that two tornadoes and a current forest fire have hit since I just moved here months ago) hopefully the winds will lay off for a while and we can have a nice calm summer.
