About Me

Another Volt are an Edinburgh based rock band with heavy stoner and prog influences, playing a more intelligent breed of rock. They fuse influences from bands such as Kyuss, Pelican, Queens of the Stone Age, Tool and Dream Theater. Having honed their skills gigging around central Edinburgh, Another Volt have quickly made a name for themselves with their rhythmic blend of rock and metal.
Having been in the studio recently, Another Volt are now the proud parents of a deut album, Homunculus. The (LoFi) version of Polarity on this site had to be at a low bitrate to fit. The album version sounds much better, but let us know what you think, nonetheless. If you want a Homunculus to call your own, but can't make it to a gig, then message us and we'll figure out to swap you one for some money.
