Toleto decks are manufactured using only Canadian Hardrock Maple. The wood is maintained in the same climate as where it grows during the manufacturing process. Therefore, moisture isnt lost during the entire assembly. Additionally, all decks are stored in a 65-degree environment. This ensures a much stronger deck. All decks are 7 layers thick, with each layer being 1/16th of an inch. The layers are put together with a special adhesive that eliminates de-lamination, making the decks stronger, stiffer, and less vulnerable to chipping.The process utilized to apply Toleto graphics to the decks is multi layered so as to offer the highest quality and longevity of the life of the board.We also provide deck distribution.
