Owner of the most promising carer of the Portuguese Djing scene, Pete Tha Zouk was the winner of 2002 Danceclub Awards, in which he was considered Breakthrough DJ of the year. Two years later, during 2004, he was awarded again: double this time! Home he took the Best Producer and Hit Single of the Year awards, thanks to his “Solid Texture” partnership with DJ Vibe.
In 2005 he was awarded by Portugal Night’s Magazine with the Best National DJ and guess? He doubled it again, this year, by winning one of the most desired national awards.
One of the most-wanted DJ’s of the moment, he’s a globetrotter. Despite the presence on the best national Clubs, he’s also a regular on Europe, Asia and North America events. Has a producer he has original tracks trough labels as Stereo Productions, Low Pressings, Magna Recordings or Anodyne. Both in 2005 and 2006 he was invited to the Miami Winter Music Conference. In 2007 Pete tha Zouk has chosen Miami’s Space for the world release of: “There is a god”.

PETE THA ZOUK: O preferido na Comercial 2008 não poderia começar de melhor forma. Carreguei as baterias no Brasil, estive num verdadeiro festão no Buddha (sábado, 26) e agora recebi o Prémio da Rádio Comercial: Melhor DJ Português! A distinção é do Comercial In the Mix , programa de José Araújo e os resultados surgiram através de votação online, o que me deixa ainda mais orgulhoso! Obrigado a todos e não se esqueçam… Dia 2 de Fevereiro a festa é em Castelo Branco, na Repvblica. Espero por vocês.

PETE THA ZOUK: Comercial’s favourite 2008 could not be shining brighter! After my Brasil hollidays, the party went on @ Buddha Club (sat. 26th) and just now… I was awarded with Radio Comercial’s: Best Portuguese DJ. The award is linked to the rádio show, Comercial In the Mix , by José Araújo and the results were achieved online.. Na this trully makes me even more proud! So thank you all and take a note… The next party is @ Castelo Branco’s Repvblica… Next February, 2nd! Be there!

Protagonista de uma das mais promissoras carreiras do Djing português,
Pete Tha Zouk foi vencedor nos Dance Club Awards 2002, com o prémio
“DJ Revelação”, vencendo, igualmente, na edição de 2004, nas categorias de
“Melhor Produtor” e “Single do Ano” com “Solid Texture” em parceria com
DJ Vibe.

Em 2005 levou para casa o Prémio de DJ do ano atribuído pela
Portugal Night, façanha que repetiu este ano, levando para casa o prémio
de DJ Nacional 2006.
É um dos DJ’s mais requisitados do momento, actuando regularmente nos
melhores clubs nacionais, bem como em vários países da Europa, Ásia e
América do Norte. Como produtor já editou uma série de originais e remixes
para a Stereo, Low Pressings, Magna, Anodyne, entre outras.
Marcou presença na WMC de Miami em 2005 e 2006. Já em 2007 escolheu
o club Space Miami para a release mundial do novo tema: “There is a God”.
