Kourosh Tazmini, DJ Producer and Founder of EMMO RECORDS (which has been referred to as one of Portugal's most important record labels by the industry's peers) recently won the prestigious award of "Best Breakthrough DJ of 2007" at a high profile awards ceremony known as "The Portugal Night Awards"In the Summer of 2008 he worked as the official DJ of the Portugal Night tour which took place in the country's elite clubs. He also played in 2 of the largest festivals with an attendance of more than 10,000 people -- at the Optimus Summer Festival and Lagars Summer Festival, he shared the booth with the world's top disc jockey, Tiesto.His productions have been featured and supported by DJs including Hernan Cattaneo, Chus, The Cube Guys, Dj Taucher, Eddie Amador, Pete Tha Zouk, Jaimy, Eric Entrena, Dj Mendo, Sapphirecut, Diego Miranda and many rising stars.Best known for his senstational hit single "Tears", which was first released on the first-class Montreal-based label, "Ready Mix Records". Tears was featured on the Portuguese Number 1 selling CD Compilation Portugal Night 2007 Mixed By Diego Miranda.His other hit single, "Loveless", has been supported by top DJs and played on radios all over Europe. Considerado um dos grandes valores a surgir na scenne electrónica Portuguesa, Kourosh Tazmini, tem conquistado grande admiração pelo seu trabalho tanto na produção, como também nas pistas, graças à sua flexibilidade de estilos, adaptando-se sempre a qualquer espaço onde se apresenta.Em Abril de 2008, Kourosh Tazmini, foi nomeado e vencedor do prémio para o Dj Revelação 2007, dos Portugal Night Awards.Foi dj residente da conhecida discoteca “Coconuts” em Cascais durante o periodo aureo deste club da linha e é proprietário da label portuguesa “Emmo Records”.Na sua faceta de produtor, Kourosh Tazmini fez um tema original em parceria com o dj Ric M, designado “Tribal Dream” que foi o segundo release a sair pela Emmo records, tema que foi remisturado pelos conhecidos produtores Sérgio Fernandez e Kult of Krameria.Este EP, obteve enorme sucesso no mercado nacional e internacional e teve suporte dos deejays Chus da stereo productions, Pete tha Zouk , Richie Santana, Jaimy, The Cube Guys, Dj Taucher, Eddy Amador, Mendo, Eric Entrena, Sapphirecut, entre outros, que também o tocaram e incluíram nas suas playlist.“Tribal Dream” chegou ao numero 2 no release promo e top 20 no beatport progressive charts, e obteve o numero 4 no Juno Progresive Chart, e Bimotor DJ Top Vendas Chart que estave presente no Dance Club Magazine.Após o êxito de “Tribal Dream”, Kourosh foi convidado para lançar mais um original de nome “Tears” pelo conhecido selo do Canadá Readymix Records.Este tema foi um hit em Portugal, tendo esta faixa feito parte do disco de ouro (Portugal Night Compilacão 2007) mixado por Diego Miranda que teve tambem o suporte de vários nomes, destacando-se o do famoso deejay/produtor argentino Hernan Cattaneo, ou ainda de Pete Tha Zouk, Diego Miranda, Rob Warner (World Dj Reviewer).Foi ainda destaque nos Estados Unidos onde Kourosh & Ric M, foram designados como artistas da semana na Rádio Show em Philadefia Usa Sound Front Undergound.Em 2008, Kourosh Tazmini, vê mais uma vez, um tema seu “Loveless” feito em parceria com dj Eduardo, ser seleccionado para a versão 2008 da compilação Portugalnight, que atingiu já o duplo disco de platina, por vendas superiores a 50.000 CDs, sendo Nº 1 no Top nacional.ARTISTAS COM QUEM JÁ PARTILHOU LINE UP'S
