Livio & Roby are two producers and DJs from Bucharest, Romania. These two best friends met in 2004 and soon after joined forces to become production partners. They formed a very strong connection in their musical taste and style. It was not long before they made the first track together, "Bitter Sweet" of which was heavly supported by many respected DJs. With their great understanding of what rocks a dancefloor and exceptional production skills they were soon making and remixing tracks on a regular basis. Steve Lawler sat up and took note of these two talented producers. With tracks and remixes appearing on Lawler's "Lights out 3" and "Viva" compilation albums on a regular basis, Livio & Roby were starting to get the exposure they really need. These two guys have made their own sound. Deep and dirty is the best way to explain their vibe. Livio & Roby now have a host of remixes behind them Remo, Sean Miller, Kamishake, Jimmy Hill, Chuck Leapley, George G, to name just a few. The start of a new project – “Monochrome†which includes George G brought the band a Global Winners prize at the Heineken Thirst Studio competition. They won the Romanian competition in 2006 and this year they went to Las Vegas to represent Romania at the Global Final. Livio & Roby feat. George G won both prices: The Global Winner and The People’s Choice Award. This year will be the year for Livio & Roby to make a huge name for themselves on the underground music scene !!!
