Form begun his career as a DJ at the tender age of 14, mixin ‘old skool’ Garage. By the age of 15 he was one of the youngest heads on the airwaves, debuting on Unknown FM.
At the age of 16, he had already played alongside some of the Biggest names in the industry, including: The Dreem Teem, Karl ‘Tuff Enuff’ Brown, Pied Piper & Jason Kaye. At clubs such as Camden Palace and Gass Club.
Form widened his horizons and begun to play UK & US Hip Hop and Grime. Having played on Lush FM, UK Pleasure, Ouch FM, Y2K FM, Bounce FM and most recently Itch FM, Hosting his own show aswell as DJing for Nemesis and Arrogance (Real Records), Mr Ti2bs & SuperNovar.
And in clubs around the country, alongside heads like Skinnyman, Ace & Invisable, Masterstepz, The Newham Genrals, Delinquent, Bearman, Snakeyman, Charma & Hotsteppa!!
