About Me

Syris emerged onto the North East music scene in late 2004 and have drawn a huge following around the region. From loosely forming in 2003, James Earl (Vocals) and Craig Jeavans (Drums) joined forces with Graeme Robson (Guitar) and Rob Ottaway (Bass) where together, they developed their seemingly effortless energy of indie style riffs, funk laden beats and strong melodic vocals.'Their songs have hit a definite hole in the market with vocal harmonies that would rival Bono's style, dirty electronic guitar that makes Kasabian look like pub scene amateurs and mix in a bit of Roses and Hendrix into the equation and to be honest you got a shit hot set of tunes' - www.britpackuk.co.uk
