The OPEN MIC stage at the Pig's Ear Tavern has hosted a variety of musicians, a volume of spoken word artists and a smatering of comedians.
To it's credit all this had been acomplished while being tucked right up next to the swinging door of the men's washroom! Now as much fun as that was to have the 'extra' entertainment ...a decision was made to make a more permanent and more prominent stage.It's here! Raised and tiled like the rest of the 50's styled green and white floor, a NEW STAGE has been born. While it is still a work in progress (better lighting soon), one thing is for sure...a big old loud sound system.
