Illegal Amigoz

The Illegal Amigoz formed in 2003 from the ashes of three of Wales`s most prolific punk bands, 100 Yards Ahead, Stickman and 5 Oiks In A Van. Chris former guitarist from stickman, and Tom former guitarist for 100 yards ahead, started to write material together, and quickly realised that they could offer the punk fraternity somthing very special indeed.They then took on Rich, who proved to be a guitaring dark horse. The band were desperate at this stage to find a frontman, on lead vocals. Alex took this space with wide open arms to join the ILLEGAL AMIGOZ family. After a few auditons for bass guitar, a man by the name of Jon(Eynon), joined and so formed the Illegal Amigoz as we know today.Now in 2006 The Illegal Amigoz have just completed a full U.K. tour and have recorded their best material to date. The latest e.p. has just won a phone in vote on BBC radio, beating the likes of Hundred Reasons and Funeral For A Friend by a massive 48% majority. The future looks bright for The Illegal Amigoz and hings can only get bigger and better for these young punks.
