Classically and then jazz trained, her influences include Roy Ayers, John Coltrane, Sly & the Family Stone, Donny Hathaway, Etta James, James Brown, Mahalia Jackson ,West Coast rap (and a whole lot more). She has a degree from the New School of Jazz and Contemporary music and does production (beats), session work as a kybdst or singer, gigs, solo shows. The live show is danceable, soulful originals performed by an extremely talented band.
