What is music? An arrangement of sounds intentionally sequenced to reach a desired affect (ex: a song)? One might say that music is defined by the creator. But does a 'creator' have to have a desired goal in mind to make it music? If one were to ask all the musicians, music producers, and rhythmical composers around the world, a great deal of them would probably state that they create without having a specific 'final product' in mind. Thus, an unintended result IS the intended result in these such cases.

So I propose: Does the 'creator' need to be a person? Maybe simply a consciousness is all that is needed to create music. What exactly is 'consciousness?'
