The band Anubis was formed in Jan of 2005. Created from the minds of 6 restless metalheads in the Preston-Mon county area of WV. The lineup included Kevin Sawyer on guitars (previously with REDBONE, CATBOX). Lindsey Anderson on drums (BLACK MTN), Bob Cooper on vox (FAULT LIES, BACKWOODS, CATBOX) Brandon Rehe on guitars (PINEBOX, LIVID NATION), Jeff (jafo) Armstrong on bass (FAULT LIES, BACKWOOODS, CATBOX) and Bill Snider on keys/fx (LIVID NATION, NEMESIS)
The band wrote and played shows throughout the year and recorded a 5 song demo cd.
In the beginning of 2006 the band parted ways for numerous reasons.. Now back with a new guitarists and long time friend Jon Sulick (REDBONE, CATBOX, 3 NUTS and A WOODY), the band is back!!!!!!!!!Profile modified by: The CricketSoda Myspace Profile Editor
