About Me

(I've cheated and nicked my profile from elsewhere...so sue me! It's late and my fingers are tired. It's easier to cut and paste! Might get round to changing it sometime!)
He's rough, he's rugged, he's red-blooded, he's romantic, he's foolish, he's daring, he's full of shit, he's
ANGUS!!!!!
Utterly breath-taking and messiah like ANGUS came into being back in the year 1972 in the coastal town of Lowestoft, famous for being the most easterly point in England and more recently sadly famous for being the town that spawned the hell which is called The Darkness. For every greater good there has to be a balance however so I'll allow The Darkness to co-exist in the same universe as me.
ANGUS was moved to London at a very early age, to be closer to the politics and power that the Capital City offered, and spent the majority of his childhood and teenage years secretly terrorising the community and being sickly cute at the same time. He learnt the benefits of having an alter-ego to take the falls at an early age.
Briefly attending school in America (Mount Baker in Washington State) his interests in music and games were cemented integrally into his life. Never would he be the same and to this day the music and the games are part and parcel of his plans for not only global, but universal, domination.
ANGUS is also a fictional character, finally vindicating his ego and proving that he was 'larger than life', or maybe just 'two-dimensional', when he appeared in a series of Vampire novels written by Tim Dedopulos and published by White Wolf. He was however killed by a character based upon an old girlfriend he was going out with at the time the novel was written, thus not managing to make it to the third book in the trilogy.
ANGUS has also featured in the brilliant Dork Tower Cartoon Strip by John Kovalic, further boosting his ego and his belief that life is fiction and fiction is life...
Now much older than he was before, ANGUS runs his own publishing & events company (Cubicle 7 Entertainment) and is a Director of LeisureGames.com (UK's leading game store). Cubicle 7 is the publisher of the SLA Indutries, Victoriana, Starblazer Adventures and the Doctor Who Role-Playing Games and also the organisers of the Dragonmeet Convention in London. His intent to become a millionaire by the time he was 30 only worked when the Italians still had the Lira and the Greeks had the Drachmae, even so he is still a strong supporter of the Euro and the European Union. He's just looking at other ways to become a millionaire now he's past 30 (Sudanese Dinars are looking like a good bet...).
He somehow still manages time to go clubbing and gigging and spends way too much money on books, CDs, DVDs and eating out. He should do more work but should also do less work. A contradiction within himself he is still aiming to discover that he is actually the Messiah and not just a very naughty boy.
