Freesound at the Seattle Hempfest Sat. August 18,2007
The Seattle Hempfest is the largest Hemp rally on Earth and we were blessed to perform mainstage right before legendary Pato Banton's 4:20 celebration performance.
Freesound performed for 2 1/2 hours to a screaming crowd at the 12th annual Monterey Bay Reggae Fest 2007. This was our third year at the Festival and it has proven year after year to be one of the most amazing around. Lineups have been incredible each year making it one of the highest available and this year was no exception.

Celebrating the 4Oth Anniversary of Monterey Pop & Summer of Love
Monterey, CA — This festival is celebrating the 40th anniversary of six major music events from 1967. The Summer of Love, The Monterey Pop Festival, the release of the Beatles’ Sgt. Peppers album, The Doors ‘Light My Fire’, the 1967 musical “HAIR†and the birth of Pink Floyd. Five of the original acts who performed at the ’67 Monterey Pop Festival will be performing here again in 2007 : The Jefferson Starship, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Big Brother and the Holding Company featuring Cathy Richardson of “Love, Janis†fame, and the Grateful Dead’s Tom Constanten. Headlining the event were Riders on the Storm, featuring Robby Krieger and Ray Manzarek celebrating the 40th anniversary of The Doors! This was incredible.
