The Decline are a leading outfit in the mostly unlistenable genre of hardcore acoustic driveway rock.
Although a very unpopular genre, and hard to recognize, hardcore acoustic driveway rock can be defined by the lyrical content of phrases such as "get off my driveway, Fucker", "Driving in the rockway, and rocking in the drive way" as well as "do a fucking solo, or I will rock so hard, you won't even have a brain. Ever."
With such a idea drained genre, inspiration is always hard to come by. The Decline keep their music fresh by replacing various members with different farm animals, and changing their underwear after each song played.There are actually many reasons for this.
