Power Slide (PS) are a relatively new band from WA, who finally became complete in early 2008 after a long quest to find a drummer. The band started when three friends who had a passion for similar styles of music, got together for a few easy going jams. Brenton Leandri (Guitar) who loved his blues, Josh Hopkins (Guitar) who was a rocker and Andrew Norman (Bass) who was a sucker for all things Metal. With these three different genres’ combining, the foundations of Power Slide were born.
Various events ensued, most notably the recording of their first demo (12/4/08) and the inclusion of Toby Cheah (Drums) into the bands line up.
