The finest assault rifle known to man, RK62 is a Finnish soldier's primary weapon. A conversion of the well-known Russian AK47 Kalashnikov, its development begun in the late 1950s and it uses the same 7.62 x 39 ammunition, perfectly suited to demanding woodland conditions, with a 30-round magazine. The Israeli Galil assault rifle is based on this internationally acclaimed weapon. RK62s rate of fire is 700 rounds per minute and it has an effective range of 300 meters. Barrel-attached rifle grenades can be fired with the newer version, RK95.
