Give me The Libertines, The Rakes, the Radiohead, The Stone Roses or pretty much anything with the the at the begining of their name and I'm happy. Other stuff like Kings of Leon, The Teenagers, My Morning Jacket, N.W.A, The Shins, DJ Shadow, Super Furry Animals, Blur, TV on the Radio, Bruce Springstein, Modest Mouse, Massive Attack, Weezer, Bob Maaaarley, The Cooper Temple Clause, Eels, Klaxons, Bloc Party, The Coral, The Prodigy, Vampire Weekend, The Streets, Ian Brown, Happy Mondays, The Charlatans, Arcade Fire, Mercury Rev, Beck, The Cure, Rage Against The Machine, Pete Yorn, Mclusky, The Killers, Muse, Apetite For Destruction era G 'n R, The Strokes, Nirvana, Slipmat, Andy C, Jeff Buckley, Dire Straits (yes, really), British Sea Power and on and on and on all have a place in my heart. So if you've got your own stuff then let's hear it.

Oh, and Douglas Adams' stuff. A Year in the life of TheManWhoFellAsleep by Greg Stekelman Read Saki. Now. I hear the Dictionary is a pretty good read an' all but I just can't get into it.

Heroes:

The Wave Pictures / Comet Gain - The Enterprise 26.02.08

The man at the microphone looks like a drunk Guy Garvey with a messed up 60's Beatles cut. He's perfectly at ease upstairs in Camden's Enterprise, taking his time getting started and enjoying the poin...

Some bands care a lot. Les Savy Fav are one of them. So are Future of the Left. It was a hell of a time seeing them play back to back at the Astoria last Sunday. Los Campesinos! Try ever so hard but ...
