About Me

For the record: the tracks on the media player at the moment are rough demos of songs for a new album. I've played all the parts myself and they were recorded rapidly, sometimes improvised (the drums are a new toy to me, I am very inexperienced). The intention is to capture the songs in their roughest form and to recruit some quality instrumentalists to re-record them with. Keep checking back as these demos are never going to be up for long, they will be replaced by new songs as I complete them.BIO:Born to an actress and a man in an indie band ( www.redguitars.co.uk ) music was absorbed by osmosis until it was almost abandoned due to the insane tendency of violin teachers to desire ultimate success for their dejected uninterested students. Their music was dead, he found, so was their religion.Ears were filled with Three Tenors Italia '90 World Cup and Beatles yellow submarine tapes. Melody was key. Older brothers' guitar twiddling invasions became too much at first, Chuck Berry rewound and imitated, each lick was dissected. When Adam found a guitar shoved into his hands songs began to tumble out and from then on there was little time to reflect. Life sped up.Adam is also part of a techno outfit known as the Pocketwatchers ( www.thepocketwatchers.co.uk ) . Adam has made one 14-track solo album - "...from the bedroom" (recorded experimentally in several bedrooms while moving around from 2001 to early 2005) which will soon be available to download at an online shop near you in all its glorious home-recording shodiness. Currently available at gigs for a mere £2!! e-mail: [email protected] to order a copy and we shall see what can be done! *** Currently out of stock!!! ***You can preview some tracks from the album on this flashplayer:
