Early on, worship leader, songwriter, and singer Matt Pitzl formed his life around the attributes of God. That forming has created a man that loves God, loves God’s people and is a true worshiper.
Now, with his new CD "It is of You", Matt brings to the world a set of powerful, rock worship songs. Straight from the heart of worship, these songs carry power, and purpose.
"I am so new at all this," says Matt in his trademark earnestness. "But I'm very proud of these songs, and what the production team and players in Nashville have done. I truly believe these songs will minister to lots of folks!"
Residing in the woods of Oregon with four very strong women (his wife Julie, and daughters, Jordan, Kelsie and Maddison), Matt loves to hang out with his family and keeps his home full of music.
The prophetic word coupled with his sensitive, compassionate heart has enabled him to create a strong atmosphere of worship wherever he takes his music.
Through the years Matt has worked with youth and led worship in several churches, and his passionate music comes from the deep waters that flow from his heart to the heart of God. His desire is that others would know the true worship of God when he leads worship and when his music is played.
