Just a Lil' ole' Southern girl mostly raised in Kentucky (Iowa born)....livin' the California life! Raised on Grits, Pork chops, fried catfish & homemade hush puppies made by grandpa, fried taters, and macaroni-n-cheese...I NOW enjoy eating sushi, NOTHING fried, salads, and drinking Green Tea. Growing up in a small town we had nothing to do but play outside...riding 3-wheelers & dirt bikes, canoing, hiking, camping, fishing, maintaining our gardens, drinking in the fields, frog giggin', and racing our cars...NOW I enjoy...well...pretty much the same thing!!! hahaha I took gymnastics...Jazz...Ballet...played Clarinet & piano...was in Show Choir...played softball...AND was on the track team (long distance, hurdles, short distance, & relay). Oh yeah..was a cheerleader in 6th grade..wasn't my thing :) I also had the pleasure to help start the girls Rugby team at Murray State Unv. in KY...sad to say...they diminished :(( My family teases me about being the family "gypsy". I don't stay in one place long! It might have something to do with going to 18 different schools in 18 yrs and living in 7 different states! Yep...I don't have friends that I can say.."Oh yeah...we went to elementary school together". Instead...I have friends from ALL over the states! I had to learn how to make friends quick with as many changes I went through! What counts is the ones that stay in your life no matter where you live! :)) That is why I think the word "Insatiable" describes me. "Insatiable Gypsy Wonder Woman" hahahaha I have had a very exciting life so far...and it just keeps getting better! I don't regret anything in my life...everything is a learning experience and makes me who I am today...and I look forward to the many more challenges life has in store for me!
