I The Cheevees nascono nel 2005 sotto nome di Complesso Alfa . All'inizio era nato tutto nella cameretta di Civi (cantante) rivisitando canzoni in chiave ironica con mezzi di fortuna (una tastiera midi, una batteria elettrica e un microfono da pc). Il gruppo era inizialmente formato da Civi (tastiera, batteria e seconda voce) e Stezzo (voce). Successivamente i ragazzi imparano a suonare la chitarra elettrica, e nell'inverno 2006, con Scottie (batterista) inziano a suonare in una saletta facendo cover. Strada facendo i ragazzi compongono molta musica, ed entra al basso Davide a fine 2007. Nella primavera 2008 arriva Nestor alle tastiere e per ora la formazione è completa. Nel repertorio dei The Cheevees c'è musica di tutti i tipi. Dal soft rock al punk, dal metal al rock'n roll. Oltre a proprie canzoni, dispone di varie cover e alcuni riarrangiamenti di vecchi pezzi (Jailhouse Rock, Surfin USA, ecc)... Il gruppo cerca ora di suonare in locali e di affacciarsi in qualche contest!

The Cheevees born in 2005. At first, the band was formed by Civi (singer) and Stezzo (lead guitarist), and they had recorded some demential songs. Later Scottie (drummer) joined the band and The Cheevees started playing seriously and began to compose their own songs. At the end of 2007, Davide (bassist) joined the band. The band starts playing at some local festivals. During the spring of 2008, Nestor (keyboarder) joined the band. Now, we are complete, and we are ready to play our music everywhere!
We play a wide kind of music (into the rock scene, obviously),
from punk to soft rock... from metal to rock'n'roll!!!...
