Gabriel Lukosz takes on his first original release with Monster Tunes this July. After finishing up this package over a year ago, these tracks are finally being released after a long overdue wait. This release holds 2 original mixes with chopped vocals that holds a darker, chunky feel. Includes a brilliant remix from Germany's Cressida, giving the track a superb bassline & flow while adding some new melodies & textures. Also included is the melodic & trancey cold harbour style remix from Adymus (Ambrosial). Also included is a remix from young producer Michael Badal, completing the deal with a unique taste for everyone.

US producer Gabriel Lukosz gives Time Is Burning a deep and groovy feel which just sounds immense in large clubs! Topher Jones turns in an upbeat version of Time Is Burning with a fantastic plucky riff and a tasty feet moving bass line. Gabriel is one of San Diego's producers who receives support not only nationally but also globally. In 2007, his bootleg remix of UK's band 'Muse - Knights of Cydonia' has been played out by Paul van Dyk, Judge Jules, & Paul Oakenfold among others. With releases on a variety of trance labels such as Alter Ego, Monster Tunes, Enhanced, & Anjunadeep, he has produced original tunes that have gained support from the likes of Andy Moor, Tiesto, Gabriel & Dresden, Matt Darey, Jon O Bir, PvD, Markus Schulz, and Above & Beyond. He has performed at Miami's yearly WMC the past 2 years & has been as far East as Shanghai China. After pulling off club rocking remixes under the alias Basic Perspective for artists such as Dave & Carr, Tiff Lacey, Serge Devant, Niklas Harding, & Interstate, he has created sounds that can please both dancefloors and long time listeners.
Gabriel comes from a musical family from the Czech Republic & was first generation born here in southern California. With a background in piano & computers, Gabe had always been more inspired by the production side of dance music, being influenced by heavy hitting melodic tunes from groups such as Chemical Bros, Orbital, Underworld, Dumonde, etc. After making tracks since 1998 using various hardware & software, he has been able to develop his productions for making melodic & proggy tunes being played by some of the worlds best. Gabe also picked up DJing after making tracks for a number of years & was heavily influenced by progressive/melodic trance & house. Gabe has previously released tunes under the name Basic Perspective with Arthur Schmidt. Currently is releasing solo productions with Alter Ego, Monster Tunes, Enhanced, Smuth & also original tracks with Zach Zamarripa in 2008.
