From swimming with sharks in Bora Bora to skydiving over Lake Tahoe, surfing in Costa Rica or playing with alligators in the Everglades, hang gliding in Rio de Janeiro, feeding wild bears by hand in Alaska, or fire dancing in Tahiti, wherever she goes, Jenn never fails to find the wildest mania each location has to offer. It all comes alive in high definition every week on HDNet where she takes you places only the wild go! She also hosted the HD Net's travel show "Bikini Destinations." With her team of swimsuit models, she brought some of the most beautiful women in the world to the most exotic places on the planet.
Jenn Brown is a very busy lady, to say the least. In fact, she has been a very busy person all her life. From juggling seven different sports in high school, to playing softball at the University of Florida and graduating Summa Cum Laude (with highest honors), this girl is always on the go.
An athlete at heart, her competitive nature began at an early age when she took up sports at 3 years old. Her parents were both Olympic Gymnastics coaches and they inundated Jenn with a passion for sports. They also taught her the discipline that could lead to a sense of accomplishment one can only realize by following their dreams.
In High School, Jenn competed in 7 different sports. A softball all-star, junior Olympic diver, and track and field superstar, her love for the game ultimately resulted in her breaking her high school’s record for the most varsity letters (14) in the history of her school by a male or female athlete.
For Jenn, life after High School wasn’t any different. On a full academic scholarship at the University of Florida, Jenn walked on the Division I softball team and became a 4-year varsity team member. Wanting to take her university involvement to an even higher level, Jenn became a member and leader in several campus organizations and community groups and even started her own mentoring program to help underprivileged kids. If that wasn’t enough, in her last semester of school Jenn decided to shoot for one of the highest accolades attainable at graduation. Jenn took on her own research project and wrote a thesis on the subject of drug testing in collegiate athletics, which earned her the sought after accolade of graduating Summa Cum Laude (with Highest Honors).
After graduation, Jenn was planning on pursuing a career in entertainment and sports law, and applied to 16 different law schools including Harvard and Stanford. That all changed one day when, by chance she ended up on Bikini Destinations and met the executive producer and creator Casey Bennett. After filming the show in South Beach, he offered her the opportunity of a lifetime to move to Los Angeles and work for Bennett Productions, the leader in high definition, as a host and producer.
Since her move to Hollywood, Jenn has graced the covers and pages of several magazines including, Cosmopolitan, Maxim, Sports Illustrated, Shape, Oxygen, Insite, People, Entertainment Weekly and US Weekly. She has hosted over 50 episodes between all her shows and has traveled to exotic locations such as Brazil, Bora Bora, Costa Rica, Puerto Vallarta, Alaska, Cabo San Luca, Tahiti & Morea, Acapulco, South Beach, Russia, Mazatlan, Bahamas, and Ukraine. She’s covered exclusive events ranging from the Sundance Film Festival to The Cannes Film Festival and The Super Bowl to the Monaco Grad Prix, all interviewing the biggest in name celebrities and athletes.
In a recent interview Jenn says, “I have learned in life that you not take anything in life for granted as nothing is ever guaranteed. I enjoy working hard, I love what I do and I am grateful for all the wonderful things I get to experience everyday.” It is fair to say that there are even bigger things on the horizon for this talented lady and we can only sit back and watch it unfold.
