welcome to my myspace....although in essence,it isnt really mine. this page was started up to provide some kind of u.k. arm to highlight the release and promotion of Phil Soussan's mighty fine solo cd "VIBRATE".Have never needed or used networking tools before-so was not sure with which way to take myspace up, however-over the last few weeks of playing in myspace (oe er)have made contact with friends ive not seen for many a year, and am now starting to realise the potential for all types of people,be they musicians, writers, d.j's, gig venues, friends, friends of friends, to have a general database with which to interact.to this end..all feel free to interact...dont know them????or what they do???? click on their face...go find out.....here then is a rundown of some of myspace takers and why? how? etc.PHIL SOUSSAN - click on Phil's link to hear 4 songs, all 12 songs are worthy of a top 4,not a bad song in amongst them, treat yourself to a copy.....have watched these songs grow, over the past few years, and with phil in total charge of the production..it always was going to be a fine piece of work...oh and you should see the artwork cover etcwe met many years ago,thru the PHIL CARLO/JIMMY PAGE connection. can always count on Phil for a good night out be it in sleazy london clubs with Jimmy and Phil (HAL KETCHUM was (and probably is still) bemused by the whole scene!!!eating out in some of the finest sushi places in L.A. (dont gloat phil-we have the mayflower) or hanging out at the 'bow (admit it phil-it aint too bad)or just having a laugh with him and the wonderful jen...its always a blast.CHUCK.....one of our dear 'bow friends (but...bro Will-where the hell are you)- a fine composer,guitarist...just waiting for a nichePANDORA...D.J. extraordinaire....thanks so much for giving Phil's songs their first radio airplay....check out her radio caroline show....3pm to 6pmVICE SQUAD.........A MYSPACE BONUS...had lost complete touch with Beki and Paul's music........way back when PHIL CARLO managed the band.....i drove JIMMY PAGE to see Beki and the Bombshells play at the WAG club in london...momentous not only for the moment the band launched into a stunning version of whole lotta love which was given approval by the grinning guitarist on my right hand side, but also for the night i was subjected to my first ever breathalyser....looking forward to seeing Beki and Paul play somewhere very soon...hopefully PHIL CARLO will step out!!!!!!!BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD......jeez this band makes me feel so old.....a very good friend of mine (so many good times-on tour in germany,chelsea drugstore days, outpacing 7 police cars...they caught us in the end!!!!!dodgy holiday's in lloret and ibiza, etc etc) has a son who is part of this fine band.....life turns full circle eh??click on their space...check them out next time they are in your area..WHISKEY A GO-GO Mario's first born (club) ne of THE clubs to visit on sunset L.A. history within those walls...who hasnt played there??????(who has????hendrix/doors/byrds/zeppelin/van halen/crue...etc...etcTHE RAINBOW.....Jan's second home, and where n typical rainbow trad....phil met up with jen, and jan decides on a credit....god bless all who live in the RAINBOW you all know who you are-ask michael and tony where we can be found...fighting off the jagermeister challenge in Hezeus's bar......SEE YOU ALL IN APRIL AT THE PARTY!!!!RICHIE KOTZEN thanks to PHIL SOUSSAN who toured with richie (and pat torpey) in the autumn of 2004-i was exposed to richie's superb guitar playing and excellent songs. ...RICHIE now has a fine new cd...forty deuce check out his space........HORACE X something very very different......CANTERBURY FESTIVAL.....i was there to film the Deborah Bonham band ...took advantage and filmed ROBERT PLANT and LOVE as well-----in trying to eke out the last moments of this my favourite all time festival....just after ARTHUR LEE'S encore..wandering around-stumbled upon HORACE X playing in one of the marquee staged area's...TRANSFIXED by something totally differenttotally new...LADY HOLLISTER...backstage at THE MINT on pico west hollywood....hanging out after watching the most stunning guitar performance from one SCOTT HUCKABAY-this a performer who truly needs to be seen, an amazing show.....the lady hols was there for a reason??a season??a lifetime??THE DEBORAH BONHAM BAND..UNTIL PETE BULLICKY BONHAM gets his arse into gear and joins the band up to myspace.....view them on WWW.DEBORAHBONHAM.COMSCOTT HUCKABAY (LIKEWISE) WWW.SCOTTHUCKABAY.COMWHO ELSE SHOULD BE HERE ON MY FRIENDS MYSPACE?????????????YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MOST DEFINITELY!!!!!!!!JOIN NOW!!!!!!!!
