About Me

Insert cliche here..... I'm eclectic if I'm anything - I guess it's the Gemini in me. Anyway, I'm down with about everything, I'm respectful and expect the same. I'm an open-minded, generally easy-going, optimistic, nice guy just trying to enjoy life and leave the world a little better than when I got here. (damn, do I sound like some sort of naive square?!)There's a romantic in me somewhere too... OY - I guess I'm just another wanderer on this journey - always a little "off" - definitely interesting ;-) - frequently entertaining (and often not on purpose) - just a squirrel trying to get a nut...
Many thanks to Topher for all his creative and technical assistance.

My Interests

music, books, history, my plants, building things, breaking things, cooking, random lazy days at museums, people watching, trips to the lake and kayaking, trips to the mountains and hiking - trips anywhere really.

I'd like to meet:

Up-beat people who feel some purpose to life and have direction. (sounds like a frickin' Brady Bunch episode perhaps) The romantic hopes to find that free thinking - completely ALIVE person - who is interested in everything and willing to explore the randomness of life. Also, people smarter than me, who can teach me something. The word is "DEFINITELY"! Do not mess up the vowels - there is no "a" anywhere near the word! There is a difference between the words "your" and "you're" as well as "their", "there", and "they're". KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!!!

Week 8 - 10 miles

Ok, let's talk about the body.  Man is not meant to run long distances.  If we were, we'd be equipped with longer, meatier legs, and most likely still be on all fours.  This week t...
