About Me

Some Apples is a band hailing from Belgium and was initiated in September 2002. The quartet is made up of four distinct personalities, each with individual musical tastes that don't always overlap and strong ideals that are often diametrically opposed. The chemistry might have combusted a lesser band before it even started, but the equally passionate friendships and shared hardships that make up SA have held it together.In the summer of 2003 the band recorded a demo album. That album was officially released on the 3th off October 2003 and almost a year later this simple demo was sold out with about 300 copies.Playing any gig they could get, even if it was for only a few souls and always coming up with new and better songs, Some Apples build up a reputation of one of the hardest working bands in town, with performances that are so intense and hold so much emotion, many hearts run cold.2007 Is a bitter year for SA , With Steven leaving the band we decided to think about our future and since we still love the apple project we will continue with a new drummer. Kristof de Weerdt has joined the SA gang...September 2007 : SA is around now for over 5 years ... and we just finished the recording of the first single of our new cd ! We are stoked to say that everything is going just fine and we all feel like this is a new beginning !To be continued.

Rain

Finally It rains in Belgium, for almost 14 days in a row the temperature was around 35 degrees celcius... damn hot ! Where not used to this... but hey no problem for me...

God damn it's now 1:29 central europe time here. And it's still 22 degrees celcius outside. Band practice was a no - no ... Just f*cking to hot... Well then I'm off to bed.
